YI XING Tea Pot either tin or silver clad with 5 toed dragon

i I have a tea set with this writing on the bo box and have been trying to find out about about it from local antique stores but so so far nothing. I hope someone can help me me. The set appears to be a dark purple and and is clad in either tin or silver very
well polished some of the design is a 5 toed toed dragon.
