It is impossible to know the exact maker with Chinese items. As the pictures are too small to see details, quality is also difficult to evaluate. But, there is a spurious Qianlong mark. This decoration is quite unlikely for an antique, and Chinese antiques usually have a round neck, even if the body is not round. In other words, this looks like a late 20th century item, nothing antique, rare or valuable.
