What periods are this antique

Dear Peter,

I collect chinese antiques since many years ago, I also have many book about Antiques, But I can't find a similar item in the books or internet to give me an answer of this, I,m sure this is an old items, because from the patina and the weight, That's I need your help or friends who can give any identification or suggestion. BTW, I live in West Borneo, were in the past allot of Chinese merchant/vessels stop over in this region.
