What is this mark mean or can you give me the age on this? It's on a carved elephant ivory teapot. Any help will be appreciated

Sorry, cannot help with this type of item.
You cannot tell age with a Chinese mark alone, much less authenticity, because of large numbers of fakes.
The mark seems to be a Qianlong reign mark, likely spurious.
