What era are vases of this type? Antique?

Hi Peter,

Just took pictures of the jar I wanted to show you and the forum to determine era and or age of the vases. It is 25 inches in height. The details are quite intricate in terms of the decor found all around the vases, but a bit dirty from long storage (dirt easily removed with water).

Sal is right about the vases as I haven't encountered anything like them. Hope you can help.

I have recently inherited a number of chinese antique pieces from my mother and would like to start by getting an idea on these vases as a start. Can anyone give me an idea on what era these come from and if they are antiques.
