Hi Hanh,
I think your vase has the style of Yuan and early Ming. Unfortunately, your vase is definitely not from the period. The red colour is very different from early Ming underglaze red. I agree with Peter that it is print. The decoration style is also not right.

A red decoration that looks as if it were printed, a decoration along the base that is indicating Yuan dynasty, and a bottom that does not look like Wanli, in my view. The only that says Wanli is the mark.
