With monochrome decorations it is difficult to tell without actually handling the item.
Personally I think there is a possibility that this is late Qing dynasty or later, despite the mark. To me the blue isn't right for anything pre-19th century. It would be necessary to closely inspect it for other age signs.
What do you think about its age?
