wan li plates

Can anyone please identify the subjects of the two Wan Li plates I recently purchased?

The plate on the right seem to be depicting the Happy Buddha with some servant boys.

The middle plate has a stylized Shou (longevity) character in the center. It is surrounded with many other variations of the Chinese Shou character.

The pictures are a bit small, but the left plate is apparently an imitation or new item.
