In my opinion, your piece is not Qing. What do you think Peter?

Viscount is right. This is new too, I'm afraid. The mark is obviously printed, and it is of a type that was never used during the Qianlong period, as far as I know.
Although the vase picture is too small, the overall view of the crowded scenery in the window on the side gives the impression that it is either not Chinese or modern. Possibly it is the latter. This gives not the impression of traditional painting.
