vase?

hi! well its not old i dont believe - but what is it- its a little over 2 in tall and the opening is a little over half in- cant figure it out- a toothpick holder? and looks like what i heard of transfer ware- maybe? you can see brush marks-but a staight line all the way down when you get to the -tree-flower- ? thanks much!!
