Hi Andrea,
The pictures confirm what it is.
First, the mark says Kangxi reign, but such marks were often applied in the late Qing dynasty.
It really appears to be an antique Fangge vase.
Yours has enamels on the crackled body and the closeup pictures show faces in a style that should be from the late Qing dynasty, possibly late 19th century.

As suspected it looks like a Fangge crackle vase. Yours has a pictorial decoration.
Could you upload one or two close-up pictures of the decoration, one especially showing the faces, please.
This is to verify the period.
