Vase ID Help?

Hello again and thank you for your assistance.

Can you offer any info on this vase with just a small mark on the bottom that I cannot descipher. The vase is 15" tall and 7" round. The inside of the vase is smooth as if cast on a potters wheel. The exterior has what a layperson might describe as enameled porcelain and gilded areas. The vase has a crackled glaze in an irregularish crackle pattern (some bigger, some smaller) and the surface is topographic with intentional ridges and bumps to emphasize the decoration.

I appreciate anything you have to offer.
