There are three groupings of characters on this plate, this is a closeup of just one group. Any information would be so helpful. The gold design is raised like in slip trailing in modern pottery.

An unusual Chinese plate left by my great-grandmother, pre-WWII. Any help in identification would be most appreciate.

Colors are vivid, no chips, no fading, no crazing, no cracks. Perfect condition. I have closeup photos of the characters and the back of the plate as well.
