The seal mark is not a typical Qianglong mark. Foot rim is way too "dirty". The heavily gilded relief on upper part of vase seem to be stylized chilongs but lacks significant detail. The painting seem okay form the photos but need closer inspection. Overall indicates a fake Qianglong- to me.
