I totally agree with Peter. Your vase can not be Qianlong M/P.

Hi Hanh,
Yes, it is a Qianlong mark. Unfortunately, one look at the dragon shows that it is a fake. Apart from the colors, the scales, claws, tail and other details are plain wrong for Qianlong. To me the dragon looks like a modern creation.
The vase shape is also nothing traditional.
