A Happy New Year, Stan!

The mark is what it should be: "Tongzhi Nianzhi".
If both the inside and bottom are green, these items almost always have a Tongzhi mark.
Some may also have been made in the early Guangxu reign as there was never an abrupt end to a style when a reign ended; the original styles were slowly replaced by new ones. But, this seems to be a typical Tongzhi item.
