saucer/dish bird of prey motif

hi peter another find ,am totaly baffled by this ,cant find anything in european pottery resembling it ,thought it may be oriental because of the flower and use of enamel ,i paid a pound for it so not to bothered if it is not old .its quite heavy and the enameled eyes have clearly been worn away .any ideas gratfully appreciated .thank you your advice has been inval;uble and saved me from selling things that are woth more than i originaly thought ,now i have an interest in oriental and buy it localy for pennies as we seem to have alot of chinese/japanese things turning up in charity shops .im glad i moved her now ,thank you agian
