RARE GREEN BIG SHALLOW BOWL VERY IMPORTANT THING

Dear Sir,,.
please help me to identify this Chinese's ancient work of art,.no marking on the base,.but I've found this along with Sumali,.Raised Enameled & greenish dots on the base.

Hello,
This is the same as with the other one. The bowl itself could be old, but the decoration doesn't seem to be right, I'm afraid.
Please ask for a second opinion.
