Can any one tell me anything about this item. The top is a monkey has Chinese markings on bottom I think, tried to take picture but will not show up. The inner ring on the side is a dragon, the outer ring is butterflies at 3,6, 9 & 12 O'clock.
appears to be brass that is silver plated about 1" thick and 3" high
Material on sides is some kind of stone ?
