Possible Qing vase, better pics

Thanks very much Peter. Your assessment was very helpful. I hope these pics show the front of the vase with better lighting. I'm happy to try again if still not clear enough. Is it at all possible to guess a closer approximation of date? When you say "late Qing dynasty" do you mean the early 20th Century or is there anything that could indicate an earlier date than that?
