porcelain figure sitting on fish

I do not think this old but i am not the expert and would like your valued opinion on this figurine it 23cms tall. Am unsure of quality of pics.

I cannot check on the mark as I am away, but the bottom and type of decoration is probably second half of 20th century. Cannot tell exactly from which quarter.
