porcelain basket

Hello, I would like to know when this porcelain basket was made and an idea of it's value, there is a figure of a nude child in the bottom, it measures 20,5cm in diameter at the top and 13cm in diameter at the bottom.It is in very good state but i wonder if there should be a plate that goes with it.
