Please translate the side of picture if it is clear enough, and can anyone help me out with the year this was made?

Hi,

Im trying to find out what is written on the side of the vaes, a nice gentleman assisted with the writing on the bottom, also want to know what year it is made if it is in the writing on the vases.

I can not translate the poem. However, your vase is not antique and not from Qing period.
