Please help identify this butterfly chinese vase?

I need help with info. on this butterfly vase.it is 5 1/16 in. tall and 3 1/8 dia. the painting has a raised feelto it.
date? maker? and any thing else. i have looked on the web but no luck yet.

Hello,
The maker cannot be known, usually, from Chinese marks. This brush pot or pen holder has a Tongzhi reign mark that seems to be spurious.
The colors look like a 20th century imitation of a 19th century decoration, and the item is not antique, I'm afraid.
