I looks fake, the drawings...

This is either very old or a fake. It is difficult to tell from pictures alone.
The bottom looks like a Ming dynasty item. Would need to see closeup pictures of parts (details) of the decoration, with good resolution, to tell more.
However, in this case it may be difficult to tell what it is for sure, without actually doing a hands-on inspection.
