Please help identify handpainted piece and mark

Hi just recently got these at a estate sale. They are very fine porcelain and is all handpainted. On the bottom of the pieces it has a painted signature or makers mark. I am hoping someone can help identify this and age. Thank you for the help.

Japanese bowl with lid

This is Japanese. I do not know the mark as this is not in my field ...but from the look it could be Kutani porcelain.
Someone else may be able to confirm this, perhaps.
