Hello,
I believe this to be 60 - 90 years old. That is, it was probably made at the time from the late second quarter to the third quarter of the 20th century. As far as I know they were made in a factory in the Southwest of China. I have seen such items before and that is all I can remember. There were other sets of similar porcelain items having a black background made.
