patterns an colors

hello sir/mam
I have a porcelain snuff bottle chinese orgin 2-1/2" long 1-1/2 wide the colors on it don't look enamel they look oil base.the glaze dosn't look like its on the paint,it looks like the paint is moving around in between the porcelain and the glaze the paint doesn't look dry.also patterns the chickens/flowers/grass,known marks on the bottom,trying to get a time period.
