Comments for opium pipe?

Hello,
Could you post a close-up partial picture of the decoration? If possible to check the painting, so it can be very detailed.
Also, a picture of the bottom, please This could help identify it better.

I never saw a porcelain one. This is not an opium pipe, it is just a "water pipe". Mostly they are in brass and sometimes have a glass body. The brass ones are usually vintage as they were used only a few decades ago. It is for smoking cigarettes. The cigarette was inserted in the hole at the lower end, with the pipe filled with water.
