Old ceramic vase.

I have an old ceramic piece, that is in my family's poession for many years (80-100).Initiallly it was a flower vase, but something happened and it was transormer in a lamp. The base of the lamp is some kind of a replacement, it is on wood, painted acrilic . The original ceramic has a very fine and detailed floral painting which I would know, if somebody is able to identifie it, the style and its origin. here is the image of it.
