Hi Jacqueline, Closeup pictures should be like this example: http://gallery.chinese-antique-porcelain.com/yongzheng4.html As you see every detail is clearly visible. The lighting is important and pictures should be taken in daylight near a window, to reflect natural color tones.
Anyway, with the current pictures I can tell you that it is old, possibly 18th century, according to the mark possibly Kangxi reign. I hoped to have a look at the people's faces too. If the foot rim is oblique on the outside, or both outside and inside, this would also mean it is likely 18th century. There is the possibility, however, that it is 19th century. To check this the closeups would be essential.
