This said, I'm afraid this plate is a fake without value.
Items coming with this type of box are flooding the market, currently, but they are fake. The box tries to give the item a false authenticity. However, it is easy to see that the plate is fake. Almost everything is wrong with it, including the tone of the blue color, the white should be much whiter, and there is never such a mark found on items of that period.
