Famillie Rose Dragon Bowl
Hello,
I have recently purchased a famillie rose bowl (6 5/8 inches by 1 1/4 inches) and a celadon with blue underglaze plate from an auction house claiming to be selling the asian art collection of Frank G. Hickey, the former CEO of General Instruments Corp. His asian art collection was quite large.
Both items have imperial marks on the bottom.
I wonder, if I post photos of the items here, in successive posts, can you all help me to identify whether they are authentic or not?
Thank you!
JR

Thank you Peter, for your opinion.
Here are three more photos. One of the back rim, which is not the highest resolution, but the best I have at the moment. I think it gives a general idea of the condition of the rim.
The next two I will send are of details on the front. It appears to be clearly hand painted. There are alternating places of enamel, paint, and gilt. The eyes of the dragons are very cool, each a little white spot with a black dot in the middle. ONE dragon is holding what I would guess is a red pearl. The dragons are not enamel, but rather, seem to be hand painted. The flowers seem to be the enameled parts. The spaces in between, and some of the nails of the dragons are the gilt parts.
Thanks again!

I took a few more higher res photos of the back of the bowl with dragons, showing the rim and the glaze. I'm sorry, I don't have a place I know of to post them, other than here, so I'll send in a few more here, in hopes they help.
Thank you so much for the help you give!
