Marked Old Porcelain Chinese Enamel Paint Plate

It's a small piece, about 5 1/2" in diameter.Obviously, decent age on the bottom but not sure if it matches the circa that the mark suggests.
What can you tell me about the plate?

Dishes with this decoration were made from the late Qing dynasty to republican period. A very common item. The mark is not readable, but the mark type indicates that it is likely from the early republican period.
