Hi, this decoration cannot be Ming. It would have to be Yuan.
The bottom isn't looking very natural to me, but I would recommend you ask someone experienced with Yuan porcelain for a hands-on inspection, if possible.
I don't really have enough experience with Yuan blue and white porcelain items. Few people have... as it is rare.
