Hi Stan, This seems to be a blue and white republic period vase, perhaps rather on the earlier side (maybe first quarter of the 20th century). The shape and 'ears' are very typical. Please note that western people often call the ears 'handles', but they are much too small to serve as handles, so I prefer to use the translation of their Chinese name. They just have decorative use.
I think it is rather unlikely that you find this type of design and ears earlier than the Guangxu period. (But, don't take that for granted, this is just my own experience...)
