No, what I meant is IF this was made in China, it could be late Qing dynasty at the most...because the pigments here are chemical pigments available only from that time onwards (until today).
This is nothing traditional Chinese. Traditional Chinese designs are well documented, this is not one of them. This does not preclude that it could have been made in China in modern times. Modern Chinese products include also other, non-Chinese styles.

so you mean this thing were made at late Ching Dynasty,? when I saw the scrolling foliage at the top mouth rim,.those image mostly appeared at Early Ming,. you can see at 2 Huge Auctions House,. keyword: Early Ming Ceramics,. if made by Ching Dynasty,it called as a MING'S STYLE,,.... & NEXT TIME I'LL SHOW YOU MY COLLECTIONS WITH THAT IMAGE,.SPECIALLY LARGE EWER BY ZHUANDE PERIODS,. I'm sorry, but this is nothing Chinese.
The shape (especially the neck) and the foot rim are not right for Chinese wares. The decoration itself has no traditional Chinese elements. Also, if this blue color tone would appear on a Chinese item, then it would be painted with a chemical paint, not with mineral pigments. That means it would be late 19th century or newer.
