Hi Peter,
Why do you think it is Kangxi?
I do not know this vase shape, it also does not exist in my books. Apparently, the vase is a combination of two different vase bodies. The lower part looks like a temple jar, the upper part resembles a certain type of vase with long neck.
There is a possibility that two different vase bodies without glaze or with a plain glaze were fused together and redecorated. But this is just guessing...
This shape makes me think it is likely 20th century, because such off-the-traditional shapes are usually much later.But it would explain why the bottom seems to have some age.

I couldn't really tell for sure from when this could be. With such decorations there are too few points of reference indicating age. I think I have to leave this to someone else to comment.
