Good work, Bob.
They sure look as if they were made in the same place. Unfortunately, to me this additional information also means that probably both are new or fakes.
As you can see the green color is different, as it should be with Wucai colors. But the spiral decoration along the foot looks unlike any traditional Chinese decoration.

The website is Chinese and the price too low.

They could sell a genuine antique of this kind for a price with at least two more zeroes, I assume, and the prices are much higher within China than abroad.

This is my personal view, please ask for a second opinion.

With that pictures I cannot see enough, especially the bottom which is most important.
But the mark is unlikely for Japanese. They didn't copy the Wanli reign marks, or at least not extensively. That would leave Ming or a newer item.
Personally, I think it looks too new.
