Is this tea set an antique please

Hi
I have been given this tea set and wondered if it was antique or if there is any value to it. I have taken a picture of the markings. There is some crazing to the glaze that makes me wonder if it is old?

I have two of these my great grandad bought them back from china in about 1920' he was in the navy, have always assumed they were of little value, not sure however.

Cannot tell with Japanese wares. This could be Satsuma porcelain. The mark says "Ariyama". You should be able to further research with this, I assume.
