Increasing history 2

Hello Peter, thank you for your info on what i can call now "enamelled vases". You're right about the enamel on brass base, I looked on the interior of the vases and could notice that whoever made them had the care to enamel with the same bluish tone the inside as well, so one could only notice that its core is metal by the rims. I certainly will take great care of them and search for further info.

As i said before i have more chinese artifacts, the same story behind them, but certainly porcelain this time. Please take a look, i also would appreciate if any visitor of the site could help me increase the history behind these objects.
- a set of 6 tea cups, i think there's a tea pot but again with someone else from the family.
thank you, Constantin

cup and saucer

Hi Constantin,
Never saw something like this. Although the dragon (head) has similarities with Chinese dragon, the rest of the body is somewhat off. I can see only one foot. And, is that wings in the middle of the body? If yes, then this could be a cross of the Chinese and Western dragon.

Anyway, this is unlikely very old. A few decades, vintage at the most, I would say.
