Imari Chinese or Japanese Dip Dish

Imari Hizan ? Chinese, Japanese , 1840 -- 1860 ? it is blue under glaze with iron red, gold,light blue, dark blue , green and orange, fan and flowers . Looks like Greek key trim and a gold painted edge , A footed bottom 4 blue rings around the foot, on the bottom there is a blue stamp mark and one blue ring . The is also a red stamp on the face of plate . I believe the dish was sand cast as there is sand here and there under the glaze. The dish is 1 5/8 " from top of table x 9 3/4 " across . The edge is scalloped and blue design on the under side of plate . Looking for year and name .
