If this is Chinese, then it must be a more recent product.
Not sure if it is meant to imitate early Chinese porcelain, but the interior decoration and bottom looks different from the originals of Song and Yuan porcelain. If sold as Song or Yuan porcelain, this is to be considered a fake.
My personal view.
