Identifying a vase

Hi, I was wondering if you could help me identify the age of this vase. My husband's great- or great-great grandfather brought it to Norway from China some time between 1860 and 1900.

that explains why all the other things we have are Japanese.....can you recommend anyone who would know about Japanese porcelain?

Perhaps someone with more knowledge in Japanese ceramics can help. This is not Chinese.
