Identify Ming dynasty plate

Hello Peter,
I have the Chinese plate,
Size diameter 24 cm, mark on the bottom.
Could you please tel me approximately how old it is?

Yes, that is what the mark says, but is it authentic?
The foot rim and white glaze, as well as the blue decoration, they all do not look as if they were right for the Ming dynasty. If this was Xuande, then the item would be very expensive.

 1425 - 1435 Xuande period, Ming dynasty.

The bottom of the plate purportedly bears the mark of Emperor Xuande, whose reign was from 1425 - 1435 AD, Ming Dynasty.

The bottom looks pretty new, and the foot rim doesn't seem right for a Ming dynasty item. My personal view. Could be more recently made.
