New and Middle Eastern

Your bottle or vase made quite recently in Middle East. The figures on the neck just below lip probably supposed to be Egyptian ibis (bird a little like flamingo). This would be tourist ware meant to simulate ancient pottery.

Do you believe an item of six thousand years would be in that condition?
If it were real it would be stone age pottery. But the decoration itself and method of application is more recent, the clay looks as if it were Yixing clay, or normal red clay that was treated.

For your information, the stone age pottery of China and that of other areas are not that different. It would be difficult to known where an item is from until it were know where it was excavated.
