From your blurry and ill-lit photos, your vase appears to be genuine Japanese porcelain, decorated in the style called (wrongly) in the West "Satsuma," but most likely made in Kyoto. These were made in very large numbers for export to the West, so there are a lot on the market. You can learn something about the Kyoto wares by a web search, such as using the term ~Kyo-yaki~.

In-focus photos taken by a real camera in natural light are most likely to give the viewer a good idea of what the images are about.

Hello,
We don't talk about values here, as value is relative to many factors. Please see "Value of Antiques" in the left menu.

This said, your vase seems to be Japanese. I cannot help with Japanese ceramics, but you could try to check out Satsuma wares.
