Thanks Peter.. Your info is helpful. I have a couple questions about this one...

On inspecting the glaze, I can see many tiny bubbles in it. Is that normal for an antique or a sign of a fake?

Also the bottom rim has not much for visible wear and is quite clean.

The darker blue areas on the flowers have some metallic/iron looking spots.Is that normal?

Qing dynasty, but not from a mainstream kiln. Perhaps Fujian province?
I can only say Qing in this case...
