To me this looks new or recently made. The Qianlong mark is spurious and only for decoration.
In traditional Chinese porcelain there is no shape like the bottom end of this vase, and the colors point to the 20th century too.

Why is there a sharp contrast line of brightness between the left and right side. If the vase is round in the middle, then it should have been thrown on a turntable. If this is a protruding ridge, and there are two on opposite sides, then this would mean the vase was made in a mold, in factory mass production.
