Hi, yes I assume this is newer. There is a Ming dynasty mark, but the double circle is too perfect and the blue color not right, and the bottom looks too new for Ming dynasty. Qing (Ching) dynasty?
I would think it would rather be 20th century, the white glaze looks not old enough. My personal opinion. Please always ask for a second opinion.
